There was nobody there to provide keys at the pickup site for over an hour. Messages were sent to my phone in a language. I cannot speak the truck had only 3/4 of a tank of gas on pickup and then I was required to fill it full to return. Instructions on drop off were not good and the Dropbox was behind the location I was told to drop off at. Worst experience ever. No compensation or credit provided for inconvenience

Have someone working there that speaks English & can give a receipt & will report to the head office that the truck was turned in on time & we were threated with a stolen truck because of the lack of responsibility on your part. I even had to call the police so they could verify that the truck was at your location.
MICHAEL Ereturning the truck was also disappointing. app is under spouses email and phone. tried to return by signing in to the app, but it was not working properly. finally called the 800 number and they told me to just put the keys in the drop box. took pictures of this. not sure i want to use u-haul in the near future again. did not have to interact with any personnel at this location. not sure anyone was there.
STEPHEN PThe store clerk did not speak any English. he used his phone to translate Spanish to English. I had to use the U-Haul App to reserve the truck. The App seemed to have some bugs and U-Haul service had to help. The whole process took about 45 minutes. I have rented similar trucks at a full service U-Haul and to process only took a few minutes.
