I was given a contract and advised it would be $.99 a kilometre because when the truck was initially booked, it was at the Wellington site. A representative called back and offered a truck at the concession Street site. We went to pick the truck up and the battery was dead. About 45 minutes later, they were able to offer us another truck. When my husband returned the truck later in the day, it appears we were charged the original mileage without a discount! I will be requesting an adjustment.
