My rental was moved from my original location to this one. My only issue was the pick-up time was not transferred accurately. I had made arrangements to pick up at 9am but the reservation was moved to noon and the location did not open until 9:30. I was made to wait about 45m for the location to open. The truck was great, new, clean, and ready to go once the confirmations were complete.

Karla FI would like to bring to your attention a charge of $26 for gas that I believe was added incorrectly to my account. When I returned the truck, I made sure to refuel it to the exact same level I received it. Your staff member at the location actually confirmed this — he asked me about the gas, I explained the situation, and he told me I was good to go. I hadn't even completed the checkout process yet, so I'm quite frustrated to see this charge appear without any explanation or my consent. I'd appreciate it if this could be reviewed and the charge removed as soon as possible. This is not the experience I expected, and I'd love to see it resolved promptly.
