Employee didn’t walk be chile with me. Just came in. Gave me keys. And had me sign contract. After he’s gone. I see contract says 5/8 gas tank. But the truck didn’t even have HALF in there. Scammy.

Julie BAddress is wrong compared to the business name stated to return at. I returned the trailer in hours but no one was there. I called them and left VM to clarify. U-Haul website said I closed out the rental but the location never finalized my reservation then billed me more money. Visited the “main” location in hours and no one was there. Horrendous experience.
