What a lousy first experience ! I had placed my initial reservation with the 'Lake Wylie' location for a 20'. Then the night before (8/13) I am advised via Text they won't have a 20' and they have UPGRADED me to a 26' - which I did not want or need or comfortable driving. I went to the location anyway 8/14 - 07:30 and would have accepted a 15' - which they also did not have available. Since I had to load this day I had to push to find a 20' and finally this Tryon location came up - 6 miles away. I received a Confirmation text the unit could be picked up at 9AM when they open. I then arrived there at 08:45 only to have to wait until about 10AM (with Elliot) for someone to show up to open the doors. Unfortunately the guy who finally showed up lost his keys. Amazing. Then the 'land-lady' finally opened the door so we could the keys for the 20' - which was parked in a dirt lot 2 miles away. Finally, I was able to get started loading about 2.5 hrs. delayed !
