Drop off location was in a poorly lighted area. The entrance was difficult to find and I didnt feel safe. They didnt check in the vehicle the next morning. I had to call the 1 800 number so I wouldnt incur any additional charges. This location felt very unsafe.
LEVON OOscar was excellent and very knowledgeable and took great care of my needs in a truck and followed up with me when right size truck was available.

JOSEPH BI dropped the truck off to a guy standing outside talking on his phone, I wasn’t even sure he was the right person. I never went inside, it wasn’t clear where to go.
