Pire endroit, personne sur les lieux meme si on me l avais confirmé. Rejoint l employé de l endroit, veut rien savoir nous dit d appeler UHALL. Pas de réseau pour inscription,. La conseillère de UHALL a été superbe. Elle nous a aidé beaucoup. Les cadenas été gelés et très salle. Le camion stationné dans un bande de neige, et l’entrée du commerce non déneigé. Et j en passé.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with U-Haul that I feel compelled to share. Our truck was delivered 45 minutes past our reservation time with no adequate explanation. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not empty when we received it, adding further delay and frustration to an already stressful moving day. Most concerningly, we have since been charged incorrectly for both mileage and fuel — charges that do not reflect our actual usage. This is not a billing discrepancy I take lightly; being charged for something you did not consume is, simply put, unacceptable. I strongly urge U-Haul to review our account and issue a correction immediately. I would caution anyone considering this service to document everything meticulously — photos, mileage, and fuel levels — before and after your rental. Based on my experience, you may need it.
Hubert GNo assistance from the guy there. I needed to please with him to make the contract since I was not able to do it online. He was not even there when he arrived. Called the center they were not nice either. I don’t understand how you can treat people that poorly. We need to drive 45 minutes to get there. After that, the truck was not ready at all ! Was full of snow. The parking was not clear of snow and the truck was STUCK in ice. We need to shovel the snow, after that tried to find a way to get the truck out of there. The owner of the shop was gone. We lost 2 hours. We were moving. Experience -1000/10, it was sincerely horrible. Would not recommend. Try to call for assistance and they tell me I need to come here to complain. Usually a take U-Haul because it’s fast and convenient, but now regarding what we went through, I don’t think so. I need a supervisor to call me back.
MARISSA RMaintain your equipment!!! I would like to recommend this location as the owner was really good and helpful. Also he made no money off our rental. He was replacing the initial trailer. I feel bad that this review reflects upon his actual location. But it is U-Hauls lack of maintenance that has resulted in this review,
