Allowed me to make a mobile pickup reservation, but wouldn’t go through to the shop and they didn’t prep my reservation for mobile pickup, so I had to wait an hour to get the car, throwing off all of my moving schedule. Only one staff member knew how to check me out for the uhaul, and was a very confusing process overall.

To begin make sure that the Representative is on time on the location, second have him get tested for conversational skills because I was literally trying to get on with the rental and get everything that needed to get done quick and the representative kept ignoring me when I was speaking to them and lastly fix the App it has many bugs when it comes to getting the info filled up quick
