The trailer pickup was fairly quick and simple and the gentlemen that helped me was great.

Robert SWe paid for an appliance dolly. All they had was the standard dolly. They told us we would have to go to downtown Spartanburg, to pick up an appliance dolly. Going to another location was not possible. So, we ended up paying for something we did not receive. Also, as we were leaving, my sister thought she saw something on the right front tire of the truck. But then we did not see it anymore. When we got to Tennessee, we realized there was a gash in the right front tire. It was about three inches long, one and a 1 inches wide and one inch deep. We called the emergency number, and they came out and changed the tire. We were very lucky that we did not have a blowout. We have rented from u haul in the past and have never had a problem. This time, the experience was less than desirable. The staff members at both the pickup and drop off location were professional and we had no problem with them.
