First, I was extremely disappointed that no van was available. I had made a reservation for a van two weeks in advance and two days in advance I was told only a truck would be available. This might seem like an upgrade, but my planned route could not accommodate a truck, only the van. This complaint may not reflect on the location, though. The local staff was helpful in trying to locate a van and were able to give me extra miles to allow me to take an alternate route when none could be found. The staff was friendly and helpful. The truck itself was filthy. I had to sweep out dust and broken glass before I loaded, and even after that I was charged a cleaning fee by the return location.
