When I drop the truck off within 6 hours. Did not have the capabilities to give me paperwork. Work said it would be by the Internet. After I was charged $177 online. I was receiving phone call that I was 24 hours past due for the return left a voice message. Received phone call and then charged an additional Roughly. $25 fee The division in Chester was unorganized, not punctual and disoriented with receiving the truck and documentation very unwell mis-managed.
