Margart BI will never use UHaul again. You moved my two college age students to a location in the middle of Englewood, for people that don't live in Chicago its the most dangerous part of the city in Chicago. I had to take half a day off to go with them and bring protection. you people need to honor your customers request. When I requested the 4 X 8 Trailer it was available but you cant manage your fleet and gave it away and then changed my location pickup. Awful customer service no one cared and I called 3 times.
