The fuel tank was below empty when I received the truck. The drivers side mirror was broken and would not stay in place which made it a safety hazard. None of the reservation information was transmitted to the store and I had to basically reapply.

Although the location was convenient, this location did not have the cargo van we reserved. No apologies nor attempts to correct the situation were made. The only choice we were given was to take the only available larger truck on site or none at all. Given the time constraints of a moving day, we really had no other choice but to take the truck.

Edvard ALocation was supposed to be open at 8 am for my pickup at 8 am. No one was there, gate was locked, and no response to phone calls. I also called the U-Haul help line and was told I would be transferred to regional manager and was on hold for 15 minutes. The location owner finally arrived 30 minutes late and I was able to pickup my rental. The location was also unresponsive in days prior when calling to ask questions regarding the rental
