The brake light on the passenger side was out
LINDA SThe staff at the Amoco was excellent, but the location has lockboxes for the Uhaul key and they weren't maintained. I didn't receive a 4-letter passcode for a lockbox and could not get one through Uhaul customer support. I finally received the key after 30 minutes when customer support spoke directly to Amoco staff through my phone. Uhaul customer support was rude and tried to blame me for the issue.
Margot HMake sure someone actually inspects the trucks. Battery light came on and needed a wheel alignment.
