I was doubled charged and I’m waiting on Grace to get back in contact with me. I rented the truck for 15 miles and was charged over $80. I was charged $43.39 when I rented the truck and then my card was $39.21 when I returned the truck.

The address that was given was wrong and the correct address I couldn't walk through the parking lot. I had to walk out of the parking lot where the truck was park to the street to the office which was a half block. I was on the phone at least 1/2 hour trying to find the correct address.
ROBERT DPut the correct address on the site, we had to walk out of the parking lot around a gate half a block to get to the business. Had an issue with the trucks info compared to what was on the receipt. Need to train the receptionist better

MOHAMMED KI reserved form a place I normally reserved from received confirmation and got a call the day before delivery telling me that I did t have a reservation and that I have a one way delivery and I could drop off anywhere. Well that wasn’t true. I found a place to drop off and they told me I couldn’t receive a call from the venue I had to use my own gas that I replace and they tried to charge me for going over mileage. I contested that as I was told I could drop off anywhere and when I got to this location they told me they couldn’t accept my truck. Receive a phone call from a venue I never selected saying I was late? I asked her how and I never selected your property.
