It is under construction and the key return is about 6" x 10" on an unlit back wall outside the building. There is no signage. I saw one other U-Haul truck so I assumed I was OK. THE OTHER ISSUE WAS THAT EITHER NONE OF THE PHONE CHARGING PORTS, USB OR 120V WORKED, or, THERE IS A BUTTON SOMEWHERE THAT I COULD NOT FIND TO ACTIVATE IT. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELING AND USE MAPS; AND YOU NEED POWER TO USE THE UNUSABLE U-HAUL APP TO DO 24 HOUR RETURN. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It was horrible, no sign no nothing, the building had orange fencing around it so it looks like it’s condemned. Calling uhaul did not help!!
JEFFREY PThe parking lot was under construction and when we drove by the property was wrapped in snow fence. It didn’t even look like we could get into the property and we could not see an address number on the building. I called customer service for assistance twice and no one could help me identify the building, or give me any kind of descriptor of what to look for. There was no heads up that “This location may be under construction” and the signage that indicated that it was a UHaul return location was tucked around behind the building and not visible from the street. We spent over an hour trying to determine if we were doing it correctly. The customer service team was polite and did everything to be helpful, but I don’t think you as a company provide them with relevant information to actually assist in situations like this. I would recommend that you as a company maintain photos of the locations for drop off - even if they are an independent location, for me I am using U-Haul and your name is the name I think of. All personnel I spoke with were fantastic, but the drop off experience was very difficult and we lost over an hour of time during moving trying to make sure we did things correctly.
