I had some difficulty getting a truck with USB for charging and Navigation. They offered me a truck with more mileage and No USB ports. I explained that I was moving from Chicago to Georgia and needed their best truck which they had but saving for another customer. It was only after I threatened to call the U-haul main office to get a truck from another location that they decided to let me have the better truck with much lesser mileage.
Lawrence WSomeone had dog food and a pot in the back literally had there dog living in the back I can still smell the dog even after returning the u haul. I have video of you would like you see. Just ask

The man is running a legit good business but for U-Haul U-Haul website should more clear on the site and state weather there will be a coverage charge on certain cards. Just give more details
