Just a couple of things. There were two boxes of used moving blankets left in the back which we had to work around plus your bag that is zip your to the side. That bag is in the way. The last thing is your check in. This is the second time in three years I've had the same issue where the app wouldn't accept all of my photos so I had to just ignore the check in procedure.

CLARIBEL SAs poor as my pick-up experience was at a different location, my drop-off experience was excellent. The owners were very helpful, accommodating, and personable. They were apologetic that I had a negative experience at a different location earlier in the day. This location is much more representative of my experience with the U-Haul brand.
