I’ve rented from U-Haul before, but this was by far my best experience — all thanks to Fernando. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He explained the rental clearly, made sure the truck was in perfect condition, and treated me with real professionalism and respect. Moving can be stressful, but Fernando made it easy. Schuyler HThere was no one there to represent U-Haul. The hair stylist that were there for their own business told us to just drop the trailer in the yard.
Allison NI never actually went to the office area, they directed me to the drop off/storage area. This was behind a hair salon which had a crowded parking lot so I had to pick my way around to the back of the lot in order to drop the trailer. Not a big deal but some might find that a put off. once I found the lot it was easy to drop the trailer.
