The individual who helped me went out of his way to make sure everything was connected correctly and even helped me with a fuse problem. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

The tie down rails inside the trailer were in bad shape - a portion broke off when I tried to use it (I identified this at the drop off location in Neenah). The overall condition of the trailer was not good unlike prior trailers that I've rented. It is a remote location from my perspective (1-1/2 hours round trip from Neenah). I'm not certain how the logisitic are managed within U-Haul but this seems excessive. The young man operating the facility was knowledgable, friendly and helpful but seemed like he was left with a poor trailer - I am not clear who is responsible for addressing the damaged and poor tie down rails.

this was basically a farm with cars all over the yard. they offer Uhaul rentals as a side business and they are a towing/ auto body shop in the middle of the country outside of Chilton, WI. When I reserved the trailer online, I did NOT take out the $25 insurance, but when I looked closer at my paperwork, they had added the $25 insurance. I didnt realize this until after I was back in Minnesota.

When I picked the truck up, it had between a quarter tank and half a tank. I didn't take a picture of it because I didn't realize that the contract said it was at 3/4 a tank until after I had already left and started moving. It cost me $60 to put half a tank in when I didn't even use a quarter of a tank. But I had to put it back up to what the contract stated. So basically I got screwed into paying over a $1 a mile just in fuel, plus got hit with the extra mileage charge, which I never checked the mileage gauge when I left the location.
