I spoke with a representative at U-Haul in Pryor, asking if my truck would fit onto a trailer I was interested in renting. After giving her the specs for the vehicle, she called U-Haul Corporate, and upon returning said that they said the truck would fit. I rented the truck and drove it 500 miles, just for the truck to not fit, and I had to bring it back empty. Once I got back and returned the trailer, I called U-Haul myself about the issue, and they said they'd turn the issue in to management, and likely not charge us for the trailer. They said they'd get back with us in a couple days (as of July 21, 2025), and we haven't heard from anyone since.
