My 1st choice when I need a U-Haul
RUBEN TI had issues with my renting truck. When I got there, I needed to call the customer service to help me because they said I didnt finish my reservation but I did. After the guy from the International Auto repair helped me with my case. I ordered a 15 size truck and a utility dolly, be he said that they didnt have the dolly, so I spent much more time moving my stuff without a dolly for a mistake that it wasn’t mine. Lastly, the guy from the auto repair was so rude when I asked him to help me to change the truck’s gear, and he said: you don’t know how to drive? I was like, what? I didn’t ask him to teach me how to drive, just something else. So I don’t recommend this place to anyone and my experience with U-haul was bad.
