They charged me an extra 56 dollars 3 weeks after I rented hoping I didn’t notice that they pulled it and said it was for my “miles” but I didn’t rent by the mile I did it for a multi day rental. They did refund my money supposedly. I still haven’t got it back yet but still. Not to mention the truck wasn’t ready for me when I showed up to pick it up. The guy who rents them wasn’t even there. Poor customer service and poor business practices.
