The trailer was filthy on the inside. Also, either the tires were extremely out of balance, or the axles were messed up because at times, I thought it was going to bounce off the hitch. It was so bad, all our furniture in the trailer was damaged.

Great customer service
JIMMY SCharged me for going over by 22 miles. I turned vehicle in before time due. Overall all, bad experience. Truck was dirty, employee didn’t locate the truck, drop off location was a tire. I will not rent from U-Haul again.
ADAM HCould have been walked through the rental unit. I did not see the text alert to walk through the rental unit and the time limit had expired.
