The drop-off location is unmanned and confusing. The contact number takes you to an alphabet soup of confusing options. Never got ahold of anyone so just dropped off the Auto Transport and hoped that would work. It wasnt a bad experience, just a bit uncertain. The location is a bit overgrown lot w Uhaul equipment parked about. So i dropped off the trailer next to others.
