Truck battery seemed a little weak? Drove three hrs (so well charged) then had flashers (only) on for 4hrs while loading. Truck struggled to start, battery very low. Seems unreasonable for a loading truck.

Trouble navigating the process to pick up. Had to have assistance over the phone. Took nearly 45 minutes. Wouldn't let me just pick up vehicle, tried to make me do a new reservation. App is very cumbersome. Needs to be more user friendly.
