This wasn't a completely smooth transaction. Cell service at pickup/drop-off site was terrible and mobile check in was glitchy. The truck was clean and ready, however, I paid for an appliance dolly rental at $10 and it was not provided. Will I get a refund? Doubtful. I would use this service again just with no add-ons.
Craig CDolly was not involved in the reservation even though it was paid for.
