Overall was not a bad experience returning the truck. their return area is dark and unlit which isnt the best but I could deal with that. where the experience took a turn for the worst was a few days after my return this location added 2 fuel charges and 2 missing or damaged items claims to my bill totaling an extra 500$. there were pictures clearly attached to my reservation upon return that show the fuel tank full, there being no new damages, and even the items they claim were missing. I am hopeful that this location just made a mistake on my reservation and didnt do this hoping I would not notice. and the best part is uhaul does not even reach out to you about these claims they just send you the bill and charge you. on top of this I was misled by multiple representatives that extending my uhaul rental would be ONLY 40$ a day after asking multiple times. but at the end I was charged 15 dollars extra a day by uhaul that cost me an extra 135$ and they wont remove the charge even though they misled me. overall one of the poorest experiences Ive ever had working with a company.
