My reservation for a 15' truck was switched to Superior Diagnostic the day prior to pick up. I arrived on time for a scheduled over the counter pick up. There was no one available from Superior Diagnostic. There was a 24hr pick up location, but no truck or key was there. The lot is a shared lot with other businesses. I asked at one of the neighboring businesses and they knew how to call the responsible person. They coordinated with that person to have a truck assigned to me, got a key and brought the truck out. I still had to do a 'self' 24hr rental process but got the truck. The guys at the neighboring business were great. I had also reserved 2 doz moving pads/blankets, but they were not available and no warning was given that I would not be able to pick them up. I contacted another location nearby. They had blankets but I had to drive there and accomplish another contract for just the blankets.

There was no available at the location. I called and was told I just needed to drop the trailer and leave. I was barely able to unhitch the trailer as the tandem axle trailer had a fairly heavy hitch and I am 70 years old. I discovered that the trailer was not checked in as I received an email the day after I dropped it off asking if it was going to be returned on time! I called customer service and waited while they contacted the drop off location to verify the drop. The location was closed but I was told it would be verified and the contract closed out on Monday. I received a text message from uhaul later that day telling me it had been checked in. BTW, it indicates I returned it a day after I actually returned it. A disappointing experience on this drop location
