No one even came out to greet and go over the return process. Again, emphasis was put on using the APP! Not customer service!

Didn’t have the tools i asked for but still got charged for them
Destiny RI had to put in several codes to get the key from the facility. The rental wasn't clean, trash and crumps were all over the cab.
TARRA SNo signage where to go, mud pit parking area.
SUMMER MI dipped off after hours so nobody was there. The fact they allow that was great
