Didn’t receive a dolly as ordered. Originally location of pickup changed..this was the second time this happened. I contacted U-Haul the first time for my 50 Guarantee Refund for changing locations and they did not respond back. We have one more dealing with U-Haul coming up and we’ll see how that goes.

"100% human contactLESS facility" per signs on the doors. No response despite leaving voicemail and sending txt to firm trailer hitch size needed. Showed up without any human contact, had to locate and hook up trailer on my own and wasn't until I got home that I was contacted and asked to compete pick up through app which also glitched a lot. Took me 1.5 hours on phone with corporate and app to finalize pick up. Won't be renting from this location again.

I had an issue with losing the contact list pick up while using my smart phone and taking the picture of my license after you took the picture of the back of your license. It would not let you close the page and I had to contact a person and we kept running into issues with the automatic system, but we were able to work it out. It just took longer than I expected. The customer service representative did a great job. I believe his name was Nate.

wilson tTo start- our pick up location was not communicated to us and we specifically picked the location for mileage. Thank God the gentlemen t t the flowers location - I think his name was Bobby helped us find a way closer location and saved us $. Then our blankets were not on the truck and we paid for them. We called and are getting a refund. The truck was not swept when we got it. There were small pieces of glass in there and screws I guess from the last movers. Just not an ideal situation. The location was fine no issues - it was agentless so that was a bit different - not a fan of that but the experience with U-Haul could have been better.
