Josie at Value Store-It was terrific - both helpful and very patient as we tried to work through UHaul app issues. I had reserved the truck online for self-serve pickup, but the app didn’t function once we arrived at the store; - I couldn’t get any photos to upload, so our progress stopped there. We lost about 20 minutes trying to work the app, time completely wasted. Josie at the desk ended up processing us out. We returned the truck after store hours, but again the app proved to be entirely frustrating, so we took our own photos and dropped the key in the box. I received notifications that we hadn’t returned the truck, so this morning I called the store to make certain all was okay. Josie received my message and left me a voicemail that all was good with the return and I should have a receipt in my email which I readily found. Five stars for the location!! However… Our experience with the app earned a “zero star” rating. The way it didn’t work is a detriment to UHaul’s reputation. My suggestion is: Fix the app, or dump it!
