The truck we reserved was not available when we arrived. It had not been returned the night before, but no one contacted us. We were then sent to another location 20 minutes away. When we arrived there the appliance dolly was not available. We then had to go to a third location back in the opposite direction. We will not use U - haul again unless we get a full refund
