When I picked up the trailer and hooked up the lights, they worked just fin. But halfway through our trip they just stopped working. Good thing a cop didn't pull me over. Also. when I dropped the trailer off at the designated location, there was no one there. The tongue weight is very high and I could not lift it off myself and I couldn't find anyone to help. After an hour or so someone did arrive and helped me get the trailer off. He was helpful and attentive once he got there.

The truck was clean, but the engine or transmission ran rough and sounded like it needs some work. Thank GOD my use was in town and a short distance. Also, their representative (owner?) was deceitful. I requested and paid for 2 dozen furniture pads but only got 5 in the sealed bag in the back. When I brought this to his attention, he lied to my face saying that the pads are NOT sold in quantity, but by feet...the contract and invoice clearly indicates quantity. Total Care was not my choice of locations, and which switch at basically the last minute. :-( UHaul needs to review this franchise location!

Robert Wthe bill is completely wrong and items are added that I did not use. I will call and take care of this. I normally get my truck from the other Missouri street location but they did not have the equipment. I went to the other location on Missouri and this is a JOKE!!! Look at how many times I have rented from you people so that I can spend my time fighting this billing... Lots of other options in town to rent trucks.
Charles TI had to attach the equipment myself, the rep didn't know how. The office for this repair shop was one of the dirtiest places i've ever been in. The trailer was dirty and smelled like fuel/ grease. The lady was very kind but this was the worst uhaul experience i have ever had
