I had the worst experience using U-Haul. I will use any other company from here on out. I am extremely dissatisfied with how things went for me and the lack of professionalism from corporate. The individual stores I picked up and dropped off at were fine. Those people weren’t the problem. It is the company that I have an issue with. I already called customer service requesting to speak to someone who can help me resolve some of the issues I had, and I expect to hear from someone. I will be telling everyone I know what my experience was like and to use any other company.

The site is too small for the equipment, period. In addition, the passenger side mirror is locked in a location that renders it useless. Everything else is okay.
