No one in the office call multiple numbers and finally got some to call me back after about 30 min. Was told U-Haul should have 3/4 of a tank but only had a 1/4. Messaged the person handling my check in with a picture of it and was told they would update my info which did t happen because I was charge 100$ for fuel. Also truck had no AC and it was 90 for my ride.

It’s a little out. No one around. No help
HERSCHIL HLocation was supposed to be open until 4. It was locked at 3:15. The pads and hand truck I reserved were not included. Had to get the district manager involved just to get the truck rented. No internet available at this location to complete online truck rental.
SHANNON MThe place was a storage facility with dirt/gravel mostly. It was off the beaten path and was rough to drive on to drop the trailer.
MICHAEL CLocation was Outstanding and very convenient to where I live. Definitely recommend the drop off location to family and friends.
