nothing, everything went very smoothly, only problem was that their printer was not working and we were charged for insurance that we didn't request. We're awaiting credit from uhaul on that.

1 1/2 miles from were I was. Easy to get in and the staff was very helpful.
FRANCIS MThe location was fine, but was not my original location of booking. U-Haul changed my reservations to three different locations before the actual pick up date and sent me to a location that didn’t open until after my pick up time. The lady at the location was nice enough to go ahead and give me my items 30 minutes early, but U-Haul did a terrible job at scheduling my pick up. Due to the location change this created me to have to drive 25 miles further in the U-Haul than I would have which cost me more money. I would like a U-Haul representative to call me. I deserve a refund for some of my money and I will never use U-Haul online to book my truck again.
Ginger LThe staff ar A&J are quite friendly and professional. The truck however had the Check Engine LIght on from the moment I started it. Luckily, I did have to drive far, used the 15ft. truck more for storage. It was clean and neat, however.
