STEVEN BThe trailer was parked on a slope and I had to hitch it up myself. The lady in the office was alone and had no idea on how to hook it up. The trailer was old. After the pickup and arriving at my destination, I then observed the left side wooden railings were missing and I needed them but had to make do.
