We had a great experience dropping off the trailer earlier than we expected. It took less than 2 minutes to return the trailer and the staff was so sweet and welcoming.

It was just one UHAUL parked in a small parking lot. I think I would have been more concerned if it was dark out. Not a place that you could leave a car.

Karen RWe paid for furniture blankets and they didn’t leave them in the truck for us. Also the locks for the keys don’t work very well at all and it took us forever to get them open
