My main issue is that the paperwork when we picked up the truck from a different location it said there was 1/4 tank. But we got in the truck and it aid 19 miles to empty. I called the pick up location and I was told that we would get a credit if we returned the car with more than what we had in the tank when we got it. HOWEVER - when we returned the truck with 70 miles to empty - we were charged $31.50 for it NOT BEING TO A 1/4 tank. I have called for a refund of the charge. And am waiting on the results of their decision for a refund.
