The level of unprofessionalism The fact that the truck was not ready. It was dirty. They couldn't find the keys. It took forever to conduct the transaction. The mirrors are not adjustable. The truck smelled, they didn'tdo the inspectionprior to renting....where should I begin... Smoke and vape shop should not conduct business other than what they are named for ..Renting a U Haul through a smoke shop is not ideal.Their focus was on selling their product, not renting U Haul, So one entity suffered, and that's the u.Hall business.
