The location itself and gentlemen who helped me through the process of picking up the vehicle and dropping it off were friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. I only had to travel about 25-30miles total for this trip and for that was charged a flat rate fee of about $100 due to crossing city lines from Cleveland to Willowick. I tried doing the math to see if returning the vehicle to the same location would lower my cost since I was traveling a shorter distance but after factoring in gas and double milage for going back and forth I found it came out to about the same. I find it a bit irritating that I am paying the same amount for half the miles traveled because I am dropping off the vehicle at a different location when there is a u-haul a stones throw away in any direction. It's doesn't seem like a much bigger inconvenience to the customer than the company to price this way. When I went to open the back it was frozen shut (not anyone fault) and when I finally got it open I noticed it had issues fully opening. Once open and loaded up it had further issues closing. After getting it to my location of unloading I found it almost impossible to open more than a quarter way. After closing and opening it a few times it finally managed to open enough to get our loud out. I'm not sure if this is a weather or mechanical issue but the door would no longer close after this final opening. When I delivered it to the agreed on drop off location both myself and the worker there tried to close to back again to no avail. He contacted his higher up and explained the situation before telling me I was free to go while he processed my paperwork. So overall, I really enjoyed the people that I encountered during this but due to the price being nearly $70 more than I expected ($20 to rent the truck plus $1 a mile for about 30 miles and $10 for gas being increased to $120+ due to the flatrate) and i'm also expecting the probability of the company trying to charge me for the back door not functioning properly, I probably won't be recommending or using uhaul again.

Ryan MWe had a great experience dropping off the trailer earlier than we expected. It took less than 2 minutes to return the trailer and the staff was so sweet and welcoming.
BRANDI BIt was just one UHAUL parked in a small parking lot. I think I would have been more concerned if it was dark out. Not a place that you could leave a car.
Courtney MI can't think of anything!
