The location was different from the given address. Also, I had asked for a utiity dolly but none were available. Overall a smooth experience thoiugh!

I was told it would take out $124 out for the rental deposit. But later that day upon checking my bank it took $199 out causing me to get a overdraft charge. When I called nobody knew nothing.

ANEDDY CThe drop off location was a dirt lot.we had to go to a different building to drop the key.no one knew anything helpful
Richard EIt took well over an hour and a half trying to pick up the truck. Our dolly was broken and they did not have the appliance dolly I reserved. Once I called the main UHAUL number and spoke with Hope, she was finally able to resolve the issue and get us the truck. Lots of wasted time and grief with this pick up!
