Did not meet the owner, only by a call, he was running other business out of the office. We had an appointment but he never showed.Checked in the truck via app , dropped keys in drop box and left.

Nice guy, very helpful the only detail was that the parking lot area was kind of small and made it a little difficult to park the truck and trailer, other than that it was all good.

RUBY RPoor experience. Location showed to open at 10am i arrived at 11am. Gates locked no answer on either of the 2 posted phone numbers. I left auto transport in front of the gate. Called U-haul corporate and advised that I had dropped off the equipment. I went back around 4pm gates now open auto transport still sitting where I left it. Doors locked at the business, no one answering phone. This location is a dump. Much better U-haul locations within 5-10 miles. Ruined what was a pleasant experience. Towed auto hauler 900 miles.
