The location pick up is always excellent. However, the car trailer that I rented was absolutely discusting. I have never had an experience like that in over 50 years with U Haul. The ramps on the trailer were covered in grease and so were the safety chains. U Haul needs to clean these trailers when they get filthy. This trailer needed steam cleaning before it should be rented again. I had to buy a pair of gloves because otherwise I would have been covered in grease.

The rental process itself is outdated, archai. Drivers licenses have bar codes. Scan the license and use the information to eliminate all the time consuming data entry. The rental process could be shortened by 85% or more,
