My whole experience from picking up the U-Haul to the movers I booked with U-Haul was the worst experience ever. They changed my reservation pickup location without calling to verify information. They sent no instructions for mobile pickup when I initially wanted counter pickup when they changed my reservation. The movers cancelled my reservation when I tried calling them no one picks up or calls back. This by far has been my worst experience with U-Haul especially with moving from one state to another.

My experience was so on point before and after the job. I don’t have any dislike. My helper were on point as well.
