Only problem was knowing where to leave the truck, but overall a very easy experience and easy to find.

The app says to go to McCullough Tire, but doesn’t give the address. It just says E Hwy 7. Then when you search for McCullough Tire, “maps” can’t find it either. Had to call in to get the address.
JANIS MUnsure why Uhaul sent us to a location almost 18 miles away to return our truck when there were 2 locations within 5 miles. Need more good live help less apps that are frustrating.
DAVID JI was told a price was told it would be adjusted brought truck back a full day early and got minimal adjustment $49 rental and insurance ended up being 150+ per day
