The lady was rude and accused me of stealing the truck and not paying even though I used the app and showed her the uhaul contract receipt and showed her the charge in my banking app. She refused to let me go until some man on the phone told her to let me go. It took almost an hour to be released by them. I had paid helpers with me and it was unnecessary and insulting.

I spent 30-45 minutes trying to pick up the U-Haul, the person at the location had to call someone else who took my information, there was a huge language barrier, and the whole thing was really sketchy.
