This experience was awful, honestly. Google maps lead us astray (not StoragePro’s fault, but added to our experience) and we were unable to reach the facility for better directions. We busted our asses to get there on time and when we finally found them there was a sign in the window saying that they were closed all day (it was Tuesday around noon, not after hours). Maybe this was a one off emergency where they didn’t have staff (and I can absolutely understand the struggle to keep good workers), but as a customer it was really frustrating. There was an office near where Google maps brought us and a gal helped get me turned around and going in the right direction. She said that this happens a few times a month. I would have loved to have had a brief set of directions to the location printed on the rental agreement.
