I used the truck on a Saturday, so the online check-in was new to me. It wasn't overly difficult, but I wasn't expecting to be asked to provide phone numbers for my employment. Fortunately, my wife was with me and could help gather the needed information as I went through the process.
Aaron KTell me to push that light tow button so my gas didn’t burn so fast. I found out it should’ve been off when I returned it by my friend. Considering it was $50 gas that woulda helped.
AUTUMN CI dropped it off on Sunday. They were closed. Everything came out good though. I got my final receipt yesterday. Very safe and easy.
WILLIAM PNever open, never returned calls, or responded to my messages. Even though it was well within office hours. I tried Friday, and took trailer back home. Saturday, and left trailer there. then Monday, and still no call back so I called the 1-800 number to report it left there! They were great and sent me a receipt of return.
