This location was great as it was open. Initially we went to a closed location where we spent two hours trying to access the lock that was frozen. We wasted two hours in -25 degree weather. Finally we were directed to another location to get our truck. I don’t know why as a company you use locks that you know do not work in extreme cold weather! Other people were referees to Thai location as well due to the lock issue.

PATRICIA JOnce a customer has confirmed with all the proper documentation. The chosen vehicle shoul be started,cleaned off and all pertenant items such as dollies, blankets etc. as discussed should be in the vehicle ready for departure. None of these things were taken into consideration. DISAPPOINTING!! A customer should NEVER have to dig out or assist in pushing out one of the company trucks being used due to poor planning, parking, or weather conditions. Makes my decision easier and clear as to purchasing a truck!
