Overcharging
Tyonna WI was never told that there was no ramp for this truck. Also, they did not have the appropriate dolly the furniture dolly I paid for and it was a complete headache trying to get the U-Haul from this place.

William HWe were charged for gas when it was inappropriate to do so. We were charged for 6 gallons of gas. We drove 11 miles total.
