They did not adequately attach the trailer to the car and it popped off the hitch and damaged the car. Now I have to deal with an insurance claim to get the car fixed.

Phoenix CTrailer was in good working condition but it was a bit beat up looking. That’s okay as long as I’m not held responsible. I did take photos of the license plate and the dents and scratches before we pulled it off the lot.
